Fabienne vertritt Klienten in wirtschaftsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten vor Schweizer Gerichten aller Instanzen sowie vor Schiedsgerichten (einschliesslich vorprozessuale Beratung). Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen insbesondere im Vertrags-, Technologie-, Immaterialgüter- und Wettbewerbs- sowie Gesellschaftsrecht. Sie ist in diesen Bereichen auch beratend tätig.
