Dr. Reto Strittmatter
With over 20 years of experience, Reto is deeply passionate about commercial and corporate law, as well as litigation in these areas. He advises Swiss SMEs and foreign corporations on transactions, restructuring and contract drafting. As a litigator, Reto handles commercial, corporate, finance and labour law cases before state courts. He also brings extensive experience serving on boards of directors and foundations and is a member of the Bar Examination Commission for the Canton of Zurich.
