Dr. Merens Cahannes, LL.M.
Merens primarily represents parties in commercial matters before state courts and arbitration tribunals. He also regularly provides advisory services in contract law and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. He has several years of experience as a litigation attorney at an international law firm in Zurich and as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. Merens completed a banking apprenticeship and wrote a dissertation on financial market law at the University of Zurich.
