Fabienne represents clients in commercial disputes before Swiss courts of all levels and arbitral tribunals (including pre-litigation counseling). Her main areas of focus include contract, technology, intellectual property and unfair competition as well as corporate law. She also advises clients on non-contentious matters in these areas.
