Post-M&A Disputes in the Digital Economy

Not all M&A transactions in the digital economy develop as hoped. Disappointed expectations alone, however, do not give rise to legal claims. 

In this article, Dr Anne-Catherine Hahn examines the legal issues arising in post-M&A disputes. The article highlights the importance of contractual risk allocation and explores practical challenges relating to the attribution of knowledge, access to evidence and the choice of dispute resolution mechanism.
