Lukas Innerebner promoted to Senior Associate

Wartmann Merker congratulates Lukas Innerebner to his promotion to Senior Associate, effective 1 January 2026.

Lukas brings a distinctive combination of practical arbitration expertise and international perspective to our disputes and advisory practice. Before joining Wartmann Merker, he served at the Swiss Arbitration Centre, where he administered more than 150 arbitration proceedings. This institutional experience provides him with invaluable insight into the procedural and strategic dimensions of arbitrations.

At Wartmann Merker, Lukas focuses on the resolution of commercial, contractual and corporate disputes before Swiss courts and in arbitration, acting both as counsel and as arbitrator. He also advises clients on contract drafting and crisis management matters.

Originally from South Tyrol, Lukas is an Italian national and regularly advises clients in Italian, strengthening our firm's capacity to serve Italian-speaking clients across Switzerland and internationally.
