Joint client event with Advestra on M&A disputes

M&A disputes are lengthy and expensive. This makes it all the more important for parties to act transparently and agree clear contractual provisions as early as the negotiation phase of an M&A transaction. If a dispute nevertheless arises, a legally sound, forward-looking approach is key. These and other questions were discussed by Andreas Hinsen, Daniel Raun (both Advestra AG), Anne-Catherine Hahn and Andrea Roth (both Wartmann Merker AG) at a jointly organized client event on 19 September 2024 at the Zunfthaus zur Meisen.
