Giovanna Montanaro publishes on the direct right of action against civil liability insurers

Since January 2022, Swiss insurance law provides for a general direct right of action against liability insurers. This Swiss legal novelty creates numerous challenges for international trading partners and their civil liability insurers when negotiating contracts and enforcing claims in the event of a claim.
