Lawyer

As a lawyer at Wartmann Merker, you will handle exciting international and domestic cases across various legal fields under the guidance of our experienced partners. Depending on your level of experience, you will quickly grow your responsibilities and have the opportunity to manage cases independently. We support you in building your own client base and provide you with the space to develop new areas of law. Part-time work is possible.

Trainee

As a trainee at Wartmann Merker, you will have the ideal opportunity to apply the knowledge you gained at university to interesting and varied international and domestic cases across various legal fields - all while receiving the necessary tools to prepare for the bar exam. For approximately one year, you will benefit from professional guidance from our experienced partners and gain hands-on experience by working on our litigation cases. Your training will also include regular trainee lunches, where we discuss bar exam questions and case studies.

Student internship (6 weeks)

As a student with an outstanding bachelor’s degree, Wartmann Merker offers you the opportunity to gain direct experience in a law firm during a six-week internship.

We create a real supportive atmosphere for all our student trainees so that they can discover what it is like to work in a dynamic legal practice.

Career

We are the right employer for you if you value working in a small team, are passionate about litigation, are eager to learn, posses strong German language skills, and have graduated with outstanding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law. Good command of English is advantageous, though not required.
